Cash on Delivery, if offered, may be subject to additional charges and availability by location.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected. VEVYNE is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateway issues.

Order confirmation does not guarantee availability. In rare cases, we may cancel orders even after confirmation if stock is unavailable.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across serviceable locations in India through reliable courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines and charges are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics, weather, festivals, or constraints at remote locations. Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

VEVYNE is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Orders may be delayed or cancelled if incorrect or incomplete shipping information is provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only in accordance with the terms of our Return Policy.

Products that are used, opened, damaged, or returned without original packaging will not be eligible for refunds.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
