At VEVYNE, we handle every order with care, from our hands to yours.

We currently ship across India to all serviceable locations through our trusted delivery partners.

Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days
  • Estimated Delivery: Delivery typically takes 3 - 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders of ₹999 and above
  • Orders below ₹999 may incur a shipping charge depending on the delivery location
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional ₹49 will be added to the total amount

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive,

  • A tracking link via SMS and Email
  • Delivery updates directly from our logistics partners

You can also track your order using your Order ID in the Track My Order section of our website.

Packaging & Handling

We carefully prepare each order to make sure your product arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Each shipment includes,

  • Protective inner packaging tailored to the product
  • Secured outer packaging to ensure safe transit
  • Additional filler materials, if needed, to avoid damage in shipping
  • A gift-ready option at checkout, ideal for sharing VEVYNE with someone special. Gift orders are packed with added care and thoughtful presentation

Our goal is to deliver not just a product, but a moment of elegance from the moment you open the box.

Delays / Exceptions

While we strive to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to,

  • Remote locations
  • Public holidays or weekends
  • Weather disruptions or natural calamities
  • Unexpected logistics disruptions

Non-Serviceable Locations
We currently do not deliver to some remote or restricted areas due to courier restrictions. If your PIN code cannot be serviced, this will be shown at checkout.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient's unavailability,

  • The package may be returned to us
  • Our team will contact you to reschedule delivery (additional shipping charges may apply)
