Returns are accepted only under specific conditions to ensure fairness, hygiene, and product authenticity. Please read the following terms carefully before initiating a return.

Non-Returnable Terms & Conditions

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following,

  • Change in personal preferences

Preferences related to scent, texture, color, or style are subjective and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Opened or used products

Products that have been opened, sprayed, worn, or used in any capacity cannot be returned.

  • Trial kits

These are meant for sampling and are non-returnable once purchased.

  • Change of mind

Requests made simply due to a change of mind post-purchase will not be entertained.

  • Promotional & gift card purchases

Products bought with gift cards or under special discounts are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

  • Tampered products

Products showing signs of tampering, misuse, or intentional damage, even if repackaged, will not qualify for return.

Returnable Terms & Conditions

We accept return requests only if,

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging, including outer box and protective wrapping

To Avoid Return Rejection

  • Please take clear photographs or record a short unboxing video at the time of delivery. This helps us verify any claims of damage or incorrect items.
  • Do not open or use the product if you see any visible damage. Contact our support team immediately
  • Retain all packaging elements until the issue is resolved

Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return, please email us at care.vevyne@gmail.com with,

  • Your Order ID
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographs or an unboxing video showing the product and packaging

Our team will verify and respond within 24–48 hours.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved,

  • We will schedule a reverse pickup through our delivery partner
  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Our team will reach out to collect your account details
  • Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable

Return Shipping

We cover the cost of return shipping only for approved return cases. No extra return shipping charges will be applied in these situations.

VEVYNE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the aforementioned conditions or seem to be misused.
