Q: What is the difference between Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, and Parfum?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (typically 15–20%), making it last longer than Eau de Toilette (EDT), which is lighter and fades more quickly.
Parfum has the highest concentration of fragrance oils, but is often too intense for everyday wear and comes at a significantly higher price.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days and delivered within 3 - 7 business days, depending on your location.
Q: How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS and Email after dispatch. You can also use your Order ID in the ‘Track My Order’ section of our website.
Q: Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes, you can select the gift-ready option at checkout. We wrap it with added care and a premium touch.
Orders & Returns
Q: Can I return or exchange a product?
We’re happy to assist you with returns or exchanges in case of a damaged or incorrect product. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned.
